LAMINATED GLASS (Layered Glass)

Laminated (layered) glass, consists of two or more glass panes (flat or bent) glued (laminated) together with one or more PVB (polyvinyl butyral) foils. Laminated glass is safety glass. The broken sheets are held by a foil sticking them together creating a barrier designed to protect against random events as well as vandalism and burglary.

Features of laminated glass – as a result of a special temperature-pressure process, we obtain a packet of two or more glass panes glued (laminated) together with one or more PVB (polyvinyl butyral) foils.
