Monolithic curved glass

A single piece of bent glass, obtained in the process of settling the heated glass on a special form. Today’s technology, along with the gravity force, allows to use mechanical tools supporting the bending process to obtain very small radii, irregular and inverted bends, as well as spherical shapes. Untempered monolithic bent glass breaks into large irregular and sharp pieces, therefore it can be used only where it is not exposed to direct force.

Glass thickness: 2 – 19 mm,

Bending radius restrictions: #4 – min. 100 mm, #6 – 140 mm, #8 – 200 mm, #10 – 300 mm, #12 – 400, #15 – 700 mm #19 – 1400 mm

Mark: float

Application: glass in frames mounted without holes, furniture, refrigeration
